You must be enrolled in HIFICU Home Branching and MyMobile Banking to use the service. MyMobile Banking fee is currently waived for all HIFICU Home Branching members. A reconnect fee of $4.00 will occur after 90 days of inactivity. Standard messaging and data usage fees apply. Please contact your carrier for details.

Receive a one-time passcode to authenticate your identity and enhance the security of mobile banking.

How to Enroll:

Step 1: Log in to the MyMobile app with your User ID and password or biometric login

Step 2: After logging in, you will be asked a security question to confirm your identity. Enter the answer to your security question and tap Continue

Step 3: Once your identity has been verified, you will be taken to a new screen. You can now receive a one-time verification code and enter it into the app for added security when logging in. Tap Set Up to enroll in two-factor authentication on mobile.

Step 4: You can select your default phone number and choose the passcode delivery method - via text message or automated phone call. After making your selections, tap the Enroll button to continue.

Step 5: After tapping Enroll, you should receive a one-time passcode to your specified phone number. Enter the code when received, and tap Verify.

Step 6: Enrollment successful! From now on, you will receive a one-time verification code before sensitive interactions and logins on your mobile device. You can manage your two-factor authentication settings under the More menu.
