HIFICU Ticket Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE TICKETS. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF RECEIVING TICKETS.

Sponsor: Hawaiian Financial Federal Credit Union (“HIFICU”), Honolulu, Hawaii.

Promotion Period: Begins Friday, November 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (Hawaii Standard Time) and ends once the first 28 eligible respondents have been determined (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Hawaii who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees of HIFICU, its Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, and their immediate household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Participate
During the Promotion Period, the first 28 individuals who respond to the designated HIFICU social-media post and comply with all instructions in the post will each receive one (1) pair of tickets to the University of Hawai‘i Men’s Basketball game on December 6, 2025. Responses must be submitted on the original post only. HIFICU’s timestamp of received entries will be used to determine order. HIFICU’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.

Ticket Distribution
Winners will be contacted by HIFICU via direct message with instructions on how to receive their tickets electronically. Winners are responsible for ensuring their contact information is correct and for responding in a timely manner.

General Conditions & Liability Release
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless HIFICU, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to participation in this promotion or acceptance, use, misuse, or non-use of the tickets. HIFICU makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the tickets, the event, or any third-party provider. HIFICU is not responsible for event cancellations, rescheduling, limited seating, lost or stolen tickets, or any issues controlled by the University of Hawai‘i or its event partners.

Publicity Release
By participating, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and/or social-media handle by HIFICU for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Right to Modify or Cancel
HIFICU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond HIFICU’s control.

Privacy
Information collected will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and will not be sold or shared except as required by law.

Not Sponsored or Endorsed by Third Parties
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the University of Hawai‘i, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social-media platform. Participants release all such entities from any responsibility related to the giveaway.
